Winterfair fun in Greater Cincinnati!

42nd Annual Fine Art and Fine Craft Fair

November 29–December 1, 2019

(Covington, KY)— The 42nd annual Winterfair, a juried fair of fine art and fine craft by 200 artists from across the country, welcomes shoppers to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, November 29–December 1. The convention center is just over the Roebling Suspension Bridge from Cincinnati, an easy drive from both sides of the river. Shoppers will find functional pottery, blown glass, wearable art, fine jewelry, sculpture, painting, photography and more.

“Winterfair is a fun holiday shopping experience, where visitors have a chance to talk with the artists who create those perfect gifts,” commented Betty Talbott, executive director of Ohio Designer Craftsmen, the organizers of the fair. Among the exhibitors are a number of returning favorites, along with many new artists.

First-time participant Marisa Ray of Tennessee uses acrylics to paint animals and birds with big personalities. Cincinnati artist Jason Parsley returns with bright, colorful, functional ceramics, as does Michigan artist Joseph Cyberski with beautiful, 14K gold jewelry.

Admission: $7; children 12 and under free. Free return admission. Tickets can be purchased online at www.winterfair.org or at the door. Winterfair hours are Friday, November 29– Saturday, November 30, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; and Sunday, December 1, 11 a.m.—4 p.m.

A Gourmet Marketplace on the second floor will offer specialty items, such as certified organic cheese by 100% Grassfed; artisan jams, jellies, syrups and sauces by Made by Mavis; and goat milk soaps, lotion bars and lip balm by The Craftist.
