Amenities include:
• Drive inside the building for easy load-in/load-out just a few feet away from your booth!
• Full booth setup is NOT required at this show. Ordering electricity is optional.
• 24 hour security
• Experienced and knowledgeable staff
• Volunteers for booth sitting available both days of the show
• Low booth fees

Gourmet Marketplace

Open to pre-packaged food items intended for home consumption off-site and/or gift giving (such as salsa, teas, coffee, cakes, bread, jerky, cheese, soup mixes and dips, candy, nuts, seeds, spices, chocolates, apiaries, maple syrup, etc.), as well as bath and body products, candles and pet products.

All vendors selling food products and giving food samples must comply with the State of Ohio Health Department and Ohio Expo Center regulations. Gourmet Marketplace exhibitors are NOT required to be ODC members.

Everything sold in your booth in the Art Studio Clearance Sale Gourmet Marketplace must be made by your small business. For example: If you sell candles that your business creates, you cannot sell decorative ceramic candle holders, metal candle snuffers or any purchased items that you did not make. If a product you are selling is in packaging or has a maker’s mark of a company name other than your own, you will be asked to remove these items from your booth

Application Fee: $35.00

Accept invitation and purchase deadline: January 5, 2026
Set-Up Date: Friday, February 6, 2026; 11 am–7 pm
Deadline for Cancellation Refund: Sunday, January 11, 2026 (less $75.00 administrative fee). Jury fees and ODC Membership fees are non-refundable. ALL cancellations must be received by e-mail by January 11, 2026 to receive refund. Requests after this date are non-refundable.
Booth Fees (to be paid after acceptance, along with signed contract)
10’ x 10’ space $300
10’ x 15’ space $450
10’ x 20’ space $600
Corner space is an additional $75
Electricity is optional and not included in booth fee.

ODC MEMBERSHIP
Anyone may apply to ODC shows; however, artists must be members of Ohio Designer Craftsmen to participate. Annual membership is $35 for an individual, $45 for a joint membership, and may be paid after acceptance, along with the booth fee.
