Please be in your booth at least 15 minutes before opening. The facility will be locked for the night at 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. We will have security in the building from 6:00 pm Thursday through 9:00 pm Sunday.
Booth Sign: Please display in your booth – must be clearly visible.
Storage: Shared and behind curtained areas on West and East sides of building. If in doubt, please ask at the information Booth. Do not put inventory in front of any fire extinguishers!!
Smoking and Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages of any kind are prohibited in your booth. Smoking is not allowed in the building. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DOORS PROPPED OPEN.
Change: available at the Ticket Sales Window at the main entrance during the last half hour of the show on Friday and Saturday nights. No change given on Sunday morning.
Ohio Sales Tax: 7.5%
Booth Sitting: Sign up at the Information Booth for breaks of up to 15 minutes. We will do everything we can to honor your request. If you have extra helpers who wouldn’t mind booth sitting for other artists, please ask them to stop by the Information Desk and let us know. We will have available volunteers walking through the show should you need an unscheduled break. Please understand that they may be on their way to another break but will get back to you.
Awards: Awards include: Awards for Excellence, Award for Best Booth Design and Juror’s Choice Awards. Independent juror will make all awards. Award winners receive an invitation to next year’s show, bypassing jury review.

Artist Surveys: Rather than annoy you with the piece of paper that you have to fill out and return while you’re busy packing up, we will email surveys for you to complete after the show. We always appreciate your feedback!
ODC Annual Auction: Enclosed is information on our annual Spring Auction Fundraiser, which helps us continue our programming for children and families, as well as Ohio Craft Museum exhibitions. Although it seems far into the future, spring will be here before we know it, and we always appreciate donations from our Winterfair artists. Artwork in our silent auction includes information from each artist, so it’s a great way to reach even more patrons with your work. If you donated an item at the 2019 Greater Cincinnati Winterfair, we THANK YOU!
2021 Art Studio Clearance Sale: Application enclosed in your welcome packet – there’s still time for Winterfair Artists!
Tear down instructions are enclosed in your welcome – The building closes at 10:00 pm on Sunday night. Please let us know if you cannot be packed up and moved out by that time.
