Winterfair Set-up

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY!
Thursday set-up is advised for all exhibitors. Exhibitors must check-in at the Information Booth BEFORE unloading. Please check the Winterfair floor plan and park at the exit closest to your booth for easier loading and unloading. Exhibitors are advised to bring their own dollies, as none are available. Vehicles are not allowed on the exhibition floor. Exhibitors who must arrive on Friday morning must make arrangements in advance. Set-up resumes at 7:30 am on Friday and must be complete by 9:30 am. Those arriving after 8:30 am on Friday will not be permitted to set-up until Saturday morning.
