Tuesday, July 22, 2025 Artists and Gourmet Marketplace Exhibitors will be sent an email notification of acceptance, waitlisted, or not invited into the 2025 Columbus Winterfair.

Accept Invitation, Purchase Booth & ODC Membership Deadline:  Friday, August 29, 2025 Artist and Gourmet Marketplace exhibitor booth fees and ODC membership must be paid by this date or artist and exhibitors will be moved to the waitlist.

Deadline for Winterfair Cancellation Refund: September 12, 2025 (less $75.00 administrative fee). ALL cancellations must be received in writing by September 12, 2025, to receive refund. Requests after this date are non-refundable. $35 application fee is non-refundable. ODC membership is non-refundable.

Setup Information and Floor Plan Emailed: October 28, 2025

Artist/Exhibitor Set-Up: Thursday, December 4, 2025: 9AM-8PM PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! Thursday set-up is advised for all exhibitors.
