Notification of Acceptance
Artists and Gourmet Marketplace Exhibitors will be sent an email notification of acceptance into the 2024 Columbus Winterfair.
Accept Invitation and Purchase Booth Deadline
Artist and Gourmet Marketplace exhibitor booth fees and ODC membership must be paid by this date or artist and exhibitors will be moved to the waitlist.
Refund Deadline
Deadline for cancellation refund: Sept. 13, 2024. ALL cancellations must be received in writing by Sept. 13, 2024 to receive booth fee refund (less $75 administration fee.) Requests after this date are non-refundable. Application fees are non-refundable.
Winterfair Set-up
Ohio Expo Center & State Fair - Bricker Multi-Purpose Building 717 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OhioPLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! Thursday set-up is advised for all exhibitors.
